Karyotype of male and female of Laudakia caucasia (۲n=۳۴) was consisted of ۶ pairs macro and ۱۱pairs of microchromosomrs. Karyotype of Laudakia nupta nupta (۲n=۳۶) was including of ۶ pairs of macro and ۱۲ pairs of microchromosomes. Karyotype of Phrynocephalus scutellatus (۲n=۴۶) was consisted of ۲۲ macro and ۲۴ microchromosomes, which is reported here for the first time. Also, new cytotype of Traplus agilis agilis (۲n=۴۹) is reported here for the first time.
