New-Normal in Architecture

The purpose of the present research has the abstract manifestation of the Architecture in New-Normal positions; which has been done in a qualitative method and has been analyzed using the grounded theory approach. The research data has been compiled and analyzed in semi-structured interviews. According to the conducted exams, the quality index of the research is acceptable, and it can be evaluated and interpreted by examining the criteria of matching, generalization, comprehensibility and control. In fact, this research looking for the answer to the question that why does architecture need new-normal? How does new-normal effect on architecture?, It conclude that the consequence of causal variables in the mediating conditions of the current situation will determine an Event; that expresses the verity, nature, and reality of contemporary architecture; and such as a new-normal and in a crisis of self-reflection from the continuous changes, it is evolving into an alternative in new situation; which results in a temporary transition between situations. It seems that history needs a new paradigm to show that despite the occurrence of any new conditions, the architectural reality will not change.
