چکیده مقاله:
Quantum dots has been employed in various fields including; solar cells, gas sensors, inks forFET transistors and antibacterial material for medical and biological applications. Severalmethods have been reported for synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles. In this study, sulfidenanopartcles were synthesized via combustion method for the first time. The effects of someparameters such as fuel/oxidant ratio and calcinations process on the structure andmicrostructure, were studied. XRD patterns showed that ZnO/ZnS nano particles with meancrystallite size of about ۳-۵ nm can be prepared. Moreover, synthesis with f:o ratio of ۱ led tomore crystalline particles. Calcination process at ۴۰۰ and ۵۰۰ °C caused to more crystallintyof powders. Microstructure analyses showed that synthesis with f:o ratio of ۱ and calcined at۴۰۰ °C resulted agglomerated samples formed from the spherical nano particles
