چکیده مقاله:

Converting urban passages in old contexts to pedestrians is one of the methods of preserving and presenting the history and identity of Iranian cities. The purpose of this research is to investigate the quality of social and recreational interactions of the citizens، as well as to investigate the variables of service (economic) functions as well as the visual attractions of Tabriz's Tarbiat pedestrian walkway. The research method is descriptive-analytical and survey method. Standard questionnaires were used to collect data. The statistical population of the research is the citizens of Tabriz city. ۴۰۰ questionnaires were distributed among the population and ۱۹۲ obtained answers were tested. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts and its overall reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha test. Data analysis was done using SPSS۲۲software. The results of the research hypotheses test showed that Tabriz's Tarbiat Pedestrian has increased the quality of social interactions among citizens.
