چکیده مقاله:

The goal of the present study is to investigate the impact of conflict in workplace on teachers’ job burnout in Kerman public school of district 2 by considering the mediating role of organizational climate. Its population consists of all teachers in Kerman public school of district 2. Simple random sampling method is used to acquirethe relevant sample. Data gathering tool was a standard questionnaire. Besides, Cronbach’s alpha value is usedto measure its reliability. Correlation, confirmatory factors analysis and structural equation models are used to analyze data. The findings indicate that conflict in workplace directly and significantly impacts on teachers’ job burnout while conflict in workplace impacts more on teachers’ job burnout indirectly through organizational climate.
