If we want to summarize emotional intelligence, emotional intelligence is actually the ability to understand the emotions that we see in ourselves and others. These feelings should be used to guide the mind and thoughts. People who have high emotional or emotional intelligence can control their emotions well and are more responsible for their mental peace. They can even analyze and understand the emotions of others. To measure the level of emotional intelligence, an emotional intelligence test is performed. Research has shown that people who have high emotional intelligence are mentally and physically healthier people. Emotional intelligence is not an intelligence that we have from birth, but over time, due to the acquisition of individual experiences, it is possible to grow and There is an increase. This type of intelligence, which is acquired, will develop further as a person grows up and reaches social maturity. Emotional intelligence has a direct relationship with people's mental health. Research has shown that adults who have a high level of emotional intelligence are less at risk of suffering from mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety-related disorders. Many studies on people with mental and emotional disorders such as depression, anxiety and The disorders are related to intellectual and practical obsessions, and according to the results, these people have a low level of emotional intelligence. In this way, behaviorists have realized that emotional or emotional intelligence has a direct relationship with mental health. This relationship is direct and the higher the intelligence, the more mental health a person has. Or on the contrary, the higher mental health a person has, the higher emotional intelligence he has.
